It's a holiday weekend here in Ontario (as well as six or seven other provinces in Canada - sorry Suz)...

I'm going home to my parents' for the weekend... and uh... I'm VERY seriously thinking of doing it. Of sitting them down and saying two very simple words to them: "I'm gay."

Keep in mind. I'm an only child. I'm a month from my 40th birthday. I come from a traditional, conservative, evangelically Christian home.

This could go badly.

But I can't keep this from them forever.

So uh... those of you who believe in prayer, I'd ask you to pray. For those of you who don't... well, be thinking of me. I haven't made the 100% decision if I'm going to do this... but it's gotta happen soon.
